The system operates using twin towers filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). Compressed air enters the first tower, where oxygen and other gases are adsorbed, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the final product. Once one tower is saturated, it undergoes desorption, releasing trapped gases, while the second tower continues nitrogen production. A pressure equalization step ensures energy efficiency. This fully automatic process delivers continuous, high-purity nitrogen with minimal supervision.
