The Skip Hoist System uses electric winches to lift and lower a heavy-duty skip (bucket) along guided rails. The entire operation is designed for smooth and safe material lifting with automated functions.
- Winches pull the skip upward along internal rails inside a steel frame
- Four wheels ensure smooth travel on four dedicated tracks
- Controlled lifting speed between 0–14 m/min
- Winches at the base & sheaves at the top ensure perfect load balance
- Loader barrier with wheel stoppers ensures safe loading
- Material loading allowed only when skip is in the bottom position
- Skip operated via remote control with automatic discharge at top
- Skip returns to home position for next cycle
